Akbuk Wellbeing Retreat offers a wide range of holistic treatments and fitness classes in order to promote health and wellbeing to all clients. With over twenty five years experience working in all aspects of these areas, Teresa is fully qualified in the fitness and holistic fields and very passionate about her work. As a professional therapist Teresa would like to welcome you into a friendly environment, where you will receive the best care and advice.

Teresa invites you and your friends into her own home, in the beautiful, tranquil village of AKBÜK, TURKEY. Providing you with a week of complete relaxation and mindfulness, combined with Pilates, Holistic Treatments and workshops.
