Pilates & Fitness Classes
Pilates is a gentle form of exercise, it is low impact and bears no pressure on the joints of the body. Pilates classes aim to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. Together these aspects will enhance a greater strength throughout the body. These classes are suitable for everyone regardless of his or her age, mobility and current fitness level. Pilates will also certainly help for those who suffer from back problems, arthritis and most other common ailments. Pilates is designed to allow individuals to work at their own pace and you will be carefully guided to progress at a rate that is suitable for you.

1:1 SessionsOne-to-one sessions are available, as an Introduction to Pilates or General Fitness. A full assessment and program to meet individual needs.
