Indian Head Massage
This is a complete treatment based on old Ayuverdic techniques. Involving work on the upper back, neck, shoulders, scalp and face using a variety of massage movements to relieve accumulated tension, stimulate circulation and restore joint mobility. The Chakra energies are worked upon enabling the chakra to become re-balanced, so that the recipient feels rejuvinated, energized, relaxed and more able to cope with everyday life. This can also aid the condition and health of the hair, particularly when combined with the use of natural oils.

Hot Stone Massage
Experience the ultimate muscle-relaxing deep massage, volcanic basalt stones coated in fragrant oil are carefully applied to key points on the body. A hot stone massage is the perfect way to relax, release stored tension, boost your circulation and recharge your energy levels.
